So, I had to think of a first country to cover as to a ‘Spot on The Map’. Obviously as many guys think, chicks are the first thing that come to mind. And where is the biggest known supply of blonde beauties (who cares if there is no scientific proof): SWEDEN.
Moving on from the girls, Sweden ranks first in the world in The Economist’s Democracy Index and 7th in the United Nation‘s Human Development Index. They were a focal point in the movie ‘Sicko’ as they have some of the best health care in the world with universal healthcare being a major reason for such.
They have a non-aligned foreign policy in peacetime and neutrality in wartime. They are well-known for their independence. They stay clear from taking anyone’s side. Such is a very rare practice in a world full of ‘Your with us or Against us’ people.
Ikea was started in Sweden.
I am highly surprised to read that Swedenis so competitive in the world trade market. They export such goods as timber and iron-ore.
75% of Swedes are Lutheran which I thought most Swedes were Atheist.
I think most people are surprised to hear that Sweden is developed as much as it is and as far ahead of many countries as it is. I think one major reason for that is their lack of conflict and expenditure on military. They get to use that money towards societal issues that help the people instead of spending the money on guns.
I hope to visit Sweden one day, if solely to see the blonde beauties. Sweden sounds like a great place to live because of the resources that the government provides to the people. They are taxed quite high, but they see the return. If you don’t mind the taxes, which personally I don’t if I see a return, then it may be the place for you.
