I currently am venturing through the land Down Under. I love Australia. It is not much different than America. It has many of the same technologies and economic structure of the US. I love Australia more for the lifestyle of the people. They are more relaxed and enjoy life much more than the US.
I moved here in hopes of finding my own slice of heaven down here. I came here to find happiness not just for the short term but for a lifetime. I have quickly discovered that what I truly wanted was a lifestyle I already knew existed for me that I just had to take.
Though coming to Aussie may have not worked out (so far…) for what I wanted to happen here, I did find what I wanted. I would not have realized such without taking this giant overseas leap. I plan on enjoying my time here, but realizing what I want is possible back in the States, I am slowly realizing that that is where I need to go to thoroughly enjoy my life. I will consume my self in that lifestyle, probably in the near future.
The lesson to be learned is that we all must take risks to find what we want to fulfill our life. Sometimes taking those major bounds makes us realize what we really want was right where we came from…
