Recently, I have been up late reading many a blogs and twittering into the night. It can be tough trying to find quality information and entertaining posts out there at times as just about anyone can write a blog (this is where I look in the mirror). With the browsing I have done, there is a personal development blog that seems to sit near the top with the few truly inspirational personal development blogs. That being Dreamin’ the Life.

Dreamin’ the Life is run by a young woman who appears to go by the pseudonym of ‘Karen’. Actually, I think her real name is Karen, but having a pseudonym would be so much cooler, so I will run with that. Anyways, back to her great blog. Dreamin’ the Life focuses on her experiences and lessons in life. Whether it be life lessons from her goldfish or failing on a week-long challenge, Karen discusses what relates well to you and I through interesting and enjoyable personal experiences.

One of the best and most recent posts is Making a Move, Even if It’s the Wrong Move. The focus is on just taking the leap of faith. That if you just get your actions and/or ideas flowing, it will become a snowball effect towards what is your true goal. A great quote that concludes the post is as follows, “Make a move. Any move. Even if it’s the wrong move, you’ll learn from the action. Anything is better than being fearfully still.” I think that is very powerful. That if you just act upon your wishes and desires, eventually you will be where you want. It’s all about the snowball effect.

Dreamin’ the Life is still a growing website similar to LifeExcursion. Through personal development information, Karen is able to provide details on how to improve your current outlook and actions in life while maintaining an interesting appeal to her blog posts.
