I will have to try out that timer tip. The only concern is that I would rush through work that I need to provide attention to. But that is probably me just making excuses. Actually that is exactly what that is.

haha. This is exactly how i am feeling as well. I have so many plans and big ideas, but what takes the most work and willpower is chipping away at it consistency everyday! I always feel so great when I finally write and get my ideas out. Thanks for the ass kicking!

This made me smile in recognition.

You know, the funny thing is that once I kick myself in the butt hard enough to actually start writing for my blog, it feels great! And I’m sitting there thinking, “Why didn’t I start doing this sooner?” Like getting a massage and asking yourself why you waited so long!

Hmmm…maybe I shall start rewarding myself for blog writing with massages. There’s a productivity tip for you!

PS–I second the timer tip. Also works for cleaning. I’m always amazed at how quickly I end up zipping through a pile of dirty dishes.
