As it is another day of living to the max, I follow an almost daily habit of working out and eating right at the onset of my day. Part of these glorious mornings is consuming a healthy alternative to the 780 calorie Loaded Breakfast Burrito at Carl’s Jr. My usual alternative is that of a fruit smoothie. Today, I will show you how I make my Healthy Morning Start Smoothies quickly and easily and show how simple it is for you to begin implementing in your mornings as well.
