Making a Difference

My Life Excursion has taking me down many paths. I have traveled overseas, I have accomplished many of my ‘young-life’ goals, I have been able to stay financially stable throughout the tough last decade, I have started this blog as well as The Minimalist Path, I have goals set up in place for the rest… Continue Reading

How Does a Post of All Questions Sound?

Why is it so tough to come up with great things to say in the moment? Is it because coming up with the timely words is not meant to be? Is it because, sometimes, the perfect words are actually not true honesty, but rather a faux pas, unrealistic phrase to cover the true feelings? Or… Continue Reading

4 Ways to Implement Patience TODAY

Technorati rates me as the 1,113,935 ranked blog. Cool! That means I am only 1,112,934 from being #1. No worries…

This is the attitude I try to take to everything in life. If I can’t control it, let it be. The more I let it stress me out, the more it becomes a burden on my life. Why do I want that? I would rather kick back, relax, and let life take it’s crazy course while I enjoy the ride care free.

Patience is a virtue I value dearly. The more I let life just happen, the more fun I have experiencing the trials and tribulations along with the astonishment and captivation. I have probably missed out on a thing or two here and there because of being too patient. On the other hand, I have gained many opportunities by being the composed individual in a situation where all that is around me are chickens with their heads cut off. If you value the virtue of patience all will equal out, just as it would have if you were stressed. I’ll take the patient path. Will you?

Originally Zack Arias, of the properly named Zarias, met a door-to-door salesman named Derrick. And soon enough, Zack was inspired to spread Derrick’s message.

Thinking Differently

Being that today is Saturday, I get to write whatever I feel like. Sometimes, it is really nice breaking away from the schedule and doing your own thing. Same goes for my blog. I will continue this practice as it let’s me break free from barriers at least once a week. Hope you enjoy and… Continue Reading

Making Others Happy

Making Others Happy

In honor of Friday’s Review of TheHappySelf, I figured I should write my own ‘happy’ themed blog.

How often do you make others happy? This is probably not a question we ask ourselves very often. I wish I asked myself this more often. I think I make a few people happy everyday. But, truly, how many people do you or I make happy everyday? And could we be making more people happy?
